Job Description

• Arrange outbound package tour
• Work and communicate with partner
• Plan and prepare itinerary and cost
• Issue quote for customer
• Search and create new target itinerary
• Sell and promote the scheduled itinerary
• Survey, receive and collect feedback or complaints from customers
• Provide solution, strengthen quality of tour
• Manage the tour leader, guide and facilitate/coordinate to make group tour smooth
• Other related tasks assigned by Tour Operation Manager or Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the related position
• Good English and prefer for other language
• Good in customer service
• Good attitude, mindset and honesty
• Strong organization, communication, report writing, decision-making, and good interpersonal skills
• Computer literate (Knowledge of designing and social media network).
• Ability to react immediately to events, and respond confidently to client’s problems.
• Flexible, honest, integrity, friendly, hardworking and high responsibilities.
• Able to travel oversea if require

• Managing budgets and maintaining statistical/financial records
• Managing tour operation sections.
• Providing feedback and sales reports to management
• Establishing work plans and objectives
• Sourcing and research new products to meet consumer demands and determining potential markets
• Analyze and create new tour site and itinerary
• Manage staff, such as hiring and training staff
• Constantly motivating the sales team to hit their targets and ensure company profitability;
• Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules;
• Make sure tour operation go well with profit orientation and quality.
